Artículo 44. Armerías
En el caso de las armerías, al concedérsele el permiso respectivo, el interesado deberá llevar un libro de control debidamente autorizado por el Ministerio de la Defensa Nacional, donde registrará las armas de fuego que le sean entregadas para su reparación o servicio, en el cual deberá constar el nombre del propietario, domicilio, marcas, número de serie, calibre, tipo de reparación, fecha de ingreso y egreso del arma, así como el número de registro de la respectiva matrícula.
Dicho libro podrá ser revisado por el Ministerio de la Defensa Nacional, o la Policía Nacional Civil cuantas veces se considere necesario comprobar el buen funcionamiento de la armería…

Article 44. Gun Shops
In the case of gun shops, upon receiving the corresponding permit, the applicant must keep a register duly authorised by the Ministry of National Defence, where he shall register all firearms handed over to him for repair or for other services, in which shall figure the name of the owner, address, markings, serial number, calibre, type of repair, date of entry and exit of the firearm, as well as its registration number.
