Artículo 18. Inventario para Comercio de Armas de Fuego
Las personas autorizadas para comercializar armas de fuego, y demás artículos regulados por esta Ley, están obligados a llevar un inventario especial en un libro autorizado por el Ministerio de la Defensa Nacional, donde se hará constar diariamente los ingresos y egresos de los artículos en su establecimiento. Dicho libro deberá por lo menos ser revisado cada seis meses por el Ministerio de la Defensa Nacional, quien podrá realizar la 7 comprobación física del inventario en el momento que lo estime necesario. El incumplimiento de estas disposiciones dará lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones establecidas en la Ley sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales correspondientes.

Act No. 655 of 1999 on the Control and Regulation of Arms, Ammunition, Explosives and Related Materials
Article 18. Dealers Firearm Register
Persons authorised to trade in firearms and other articles regulated by the present Act must compile a special inventory in an archive authorised by the Ministry of National Defence, where they shall take note of the daily inflows and outflows of items from their establishment. The register must be reviewed at least each six months by the Ministry of National Defence, which shall be able to carry out an inspection of the inventory whenever deemed necessary. Failure to comply with these regulations shall result in the application of sanctions outlined in the present Act, as well as corresponding criminal penalties.
