Artículo 94 - Detentación:

a) El que reincidiere en la tenencia, portación o transporte de armas de fuego, sus piezas y componentes, municiones, explosivos, accesorios y afines de uso civil, sin permiso de la autoridad competente, será castigado con pena privativa de libertad de hasta cinco años.
b) El que tuviere, portare o transportare armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos, accesorios o afines de uso privativo de los Órganos de Defensa y Seguridad del Estado, será castigado con pena privativa de libertad de cinco a diez años.
c) El que tuviere, transportare y/o portare armas de fuego que presenten obliteración, falsificación, supresión o alteración en sus marcas y número de serie, será castigado con pena privativa de libertad de cinco a diez años.
d) El que prestare armas de fuego o permitiere su utilización por terceros, sin autorización de la autoridad competente, de cuya conducta resultare un hecho punible, será castigado con pena privativa de libertad de cinco a diez años.
e) El que vendiere, entregare o facilitare armas de fuego, piezas y componentes, municiones, explosivos, accesorios y afines a menores de veintidós años de edad, será castigado con pena privativa de libertad de cinco a diez años.
f) El que vendiere, entregare o facilitare armas de fuego, piezas y componentes, municiones, explosivos, accesorios y afines a menores de dieciocho años de edad, será castigado con pena privativa de libertad de diez a quince años.

Act No. 4.036 on Firearms, their Parts and Components, Ammunition, Explosives, Accessories and Similar Items

Article 94 - Unlawful Possession:

a) Anyone who commits a second offence in possessing, carrying or transporting firearms, their parts and components, ammunition, explosives, accessories and similar items for civilian use, without authorisation of the competent authority, shall be punished with imprisonment of up to five years.
b) Anyone who carries, possesses or transports firearms, ammunition, explosives, accessories or similar items for exclusive use of state agencies of defence and security shall be punished with imprisonment from five to ten years.
c) Anyone who possesses, transports and/or carries firearms with marks and serial numbers that have been forged, deleted or altered, shall be punished with imprisonment from five to ten years.
d) Whoever lends firearms or allows their use by third parties without authorisation from the competent authority and whose conduct leads to an offence, shall be punished with imprisonment from five to ten years.
e) Anyone under twenty-two years old who sells, delivers or facilitates the transfer of firearms, their parts and components, ammunition, explosives, accessories and similar items, shall be punished with imprisonment from five to ten years.
f) Anyone under eighteen years old who sells, delivers or facilitates the transfer of firearms, their parts and components, ammunition, explosives, accessories and similar items, shall be punished with imprisonment from ten to fifteen years.
