Artículo 92 - Destrucción de materiales decomisados

Las armas de fuego, sus piezas y componentes, municiones, explosivos, sus accesorios y afines decomisados que no estuvieran vinculados a un proceso judicial, serán destruidos por la Dirección de Material Bélico (DIMABEL) dentro de los treinta días de ejecutoriada la resolución que lo dispone.

Seized firearms, their parts and components, ammunition, explosives, accessories and similar items, which are not connected to a prosecution case, will be destroyed by the Directorate of War Materials (DIMABEL) within thirty days of the resolution.
