Artículo 27 - Permiso de tenencia de armas de fuego y municiones

Es aquél que autoriza a su titular para mantener el arma de fuego registrada en la Dirección de Material Bélico (DIMABEL) y sus municiones, en el inmueble individualizado en la solicitud correspondiente. El carné de tenencia instrumentaliza el permiso de tenencia y constituye una constancia del registro y de la propiedad del arma correspondiente, otorgándole al propietario la condición de legítimo usuario…

El registro de tenencia de arma de fuego deberá ser actualizado cada tres años, dentro de los 30 (treinta) días posteriores a la fecha de su vencimiento…

Article 27 - Possession Permit for Firearms and Ammunition
