Artículo 21 - Transporte de armas de fuego y municiones

Se entiende por transporte de armas de fuego y municiones, el desplazamiento de las mismas de un lugar determinado a otro, en condiciones de seguridad que imposibiliten su uso inmediato.

La autoridad competente reglamentará las condiciones para el transporte de armas de fuego y municiones.

Article 21 - Transport of Firearms and Ammunition

Transport of firearms and ammunition means: to transfer the latter from a particular place to another in a secure manner, by preventing the weapon from being used.

The competent authority will establish conditions for the transport of firearms and ammunition.
