Artículo 10 Violaciones…

Párrafo I: Los establecimientos autorizados para comercializar con armas de fuego, piezas, fulminantes y municiones, deberán venderle exclusivamente y ante la presencia personal a los que tienen licencias debidamente renovada y expedida por la Secretaría de Estado de Interior y Policía, debiendo registrar la identidad personal, número de cédula y de licencia del arma, nombre y recoger la firma del adquiriente, en la factura de venta, copia de la cual deberá ser entregada los días primero y días quince de cada mes en la Intendencia General de Armas de la Secretaria de Estado de Interior y Policía.

Párrafo II: La violación a las disposiciones precedentes darán lugar a la cancelación temporal o definitiva de la empresa comercial autorizada a operar en el comercio, porte y tenencia de armas de fuego, en virtud a lo que disponen los artículos 17 y siguientes y 39 y siguientes de la Ley 36 varias veces referidas.

Resolution 02-06, on Provisions for the Application of the Control of Firearms

Article 10. Violations…

Paragraph I: Establishments authorised for the trade of firearms, parts, detonators and ammunition may only sell the latter, and individuals in possession of licences duly renewed and issued by the Ministry of the Interior and Police must be physically present, [in addition, establishments] must record the personal identity, identification number and number of the firearm licence, the name and signature of the purchaser in the transaction receipt, a copy of which shall be submitted on the first and fifteenth day of each month to the General Arms Administration of the State-Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior and of the Police.

Paragraph II: Any violation to the previous provisions shall lead to the temporary or final cancellation of the [licence of the] commercial company authorised to operate in the trade, carrying and ownership of firearms, as provided in articles 17 and following, and 39 and following of Act 36.
