Article 40. Illegal Trade and Trafficking of Firearms

Anyone who trades or deals firearms, their pieces and loose parts, ammunition and detonators for the latter, or imports them, or in any other way acquires or possesses with the intention of trading or dealing them in violation of the provisions of this Act, shall be punished with penalties referred to in paragraph IV of Article 39 of this Act…
