Pueden portar armas los pagadores de las distintas dependencias gubernamentales los hacendados, los agentes viajeros, los cobradores de empresas comerciales mientras estén en sus labores habituales o en ocasión de ellas, pero limitando su porte al tiempo que estén en las actividades de trabajo habitual.

Article 14. Permits for Particular Workers

Those who have paid the corresponding governmental fees, landowners, travel agents and commercial agents exercising their services may carry firearms, but this shall be limited to their usual working hours.
