Artículo 84. Personas Invalidadas

Están invalidadas para obtener Licencia de Armas de Fuego y permisos, las personas impedidas psíquica o físicamente para la manipulación y control de las armas, y las que están acusadas o hubieren sido sancionadas por delitos cuya gravedad, naturaleza y peligrosidad evidenciada, aconsejen no otorgarle la licencia o permiso.

Article 84. Non-authorised Persons

Individuals physically or psychologically unfit for the handling and control of arms, as well as those accused or sanctioned for crimes whose gravity, nature and dangerousness does not permit them to be granted a firearm licence or permit.
