Artículo 18. Organismos Autorizados

Los órganos, organismos o entidades del Estado, son los únicos autorizados para tramitar con la Jefatura del Ministerio del Interior, la obtención del permiso de importación para las personas naturales o jurídicas nacionales y extranjeras a quienes representan, que deseen importar al país armas de fuego objeto de licencia o permiso y municiones.

Article 18. Authorised Agencies

The bodies, agencies or entities of the state are the only ones authorised with the department of the Ministry of the Interior to process natural or legal persons, be they national or foreign, wanting to acquire a licence to import firearms and their ammunition.
