QUINTA. Registro en el Sistema de Identificación Balística

En el caso de armas cortas nuevas, la inscripción del arma de fuego en el Registro del Sistema de Identificación Balística de la Policía Nacional del Perú, se efectúa con anterioridad a la transferencia de propiedad y constituye un requisito para su entrega física al adquirente.

La presente disposición es aplicable a partir de la implementación del mencionado registro.

FIFTH. Register of the Ballistic Identification System

In the case of new handguns, registration of the firearm in the Register of the Ballistic Identification System of Peru National Police is carried out before the transfer of property and constitutes a requirement for its physical delivery to the buyer.

The present provision applies starting from the implementation of the mentioned register.
