Artículo 61. Autorización para la Instalación de Fábricas de Armas

El Ministro de Defensa Nacional, previa opinión favorable del Comando Conjunto, conferirá autorización para la instalación de fábricas de armas, municiones y explosivos; así como para el funcionamiento de talleres de reparación de armas de fuego, tal como lo determinan los Arts. 10 y 13 de la Ley de la materia.

Article 61. Authorisation for the Establishment of Firearm Manufacture

The Ministry of National Defence, subject to the favourable opinion of the Joint Command, will confer any authorisation for the establishment of manufacture of firearms, ammunition and explosives; as well as for firearm repair workshops, as established by Articles 10 and 13 of the relative Act.
