Artículo 49. Exportación de Armas de Uso Militar o Policial

La exportación de armas, municiones, explosivos y accesorios de uso militar o policial, se realizará con autorización del Ministro de Defensa Nacional, previo informe favorable del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas, tomando en consideración los intereses del país y siempre que se realice en favor de instituciones militares o policiales de otros Estados.

Article 49. Export of Firearms for Military or Police Use

The export of firearms, ammunition, explosives and accessories for military or police use will be carried out through the authorisation of the Ministry of National Defence, subject to a favourable report of the Joint Command of the Armed Forces, taking into account the interests of the country and only when conducted on behalf of military, police or state institutions of other countries.
