Artículo 25. Trámites de la Importación

Para iniciar los trámites de la importación, deberá obtenerse el respectivo permiso del Ministro de Defensa Nacional, el mismo que es intransferible, y se sujetará a las siguientes regulaciones:

a) Para obtener dicho permiso presentará por quintuplicado la solicitud en el formato "I"; que contendrá: clase, características, cantidades, valor FOB y CIF de los artículos; nombre de los puertos de embarque y de destino, nombre de la casa embarcadora; finalidad de la importación y justificación de la misma, a través de las solicitudes de los interesados, según corresponda…

Los delegados autorizados por el Comando Conjunto, remitirán a la Dirección de Logística el listado legalizado de las armas desaduanizadas, con indicación del número de serie de cada una.

Article 25. Import Procedures

In order to begin import procedures, the applicant must obtain the relevant licence from the Ministry of National Defence, which is non-transferable, and must comply with the following regulations:
