Artículo 11. Requisitos para los Comerciantes Importadores

Son comerciantes importadores, las personas naturales y jurídicas que las especies para la comercialización las obtienen de fábricas extranjeras. Para su registro en el Comando Conjunto de las FF.AA. deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

a) Solicitud dirigida al señor Ministro de Defensa Nacional…
b) Matrícula actualizada de la respectiva Cámara;
c) Nombramiento, poder o certificación debidamente legalizada, conferida por la fábrica o empresa extranjera, designándolo como representante, o distribuidor autorizado en el país…
e) Récord Policial;
f) Copia de la Libreta Militar;
g) Informe de inspección realizado por el organismo militar de control de la jurisdicción, sobre ubicación y condiciones de locales de almacenamiento, exhibición o venta…
i) Comprobante de pago por concepto de gastos administrativos…

El permiso será renovado anualmente…

Article 11. Requirements for Dealers Who Import

Dealers who import are natural and legal persons who trade goods that were manufactured in another country and that are intended for the country. In order to be registered by the Joint Command of the Armed Forces, they must comply with the following requirements:

a) Request submitted to the Minister of National Defence…
b) Registration date to the relevant Chamber;
c) Duly legalised appointment, authority or certificate given by the foreign factory or company, certifying that the importing dealer is an authorised representative or dealer in the country…
e) Police Record;
f) Copy of the military service records;
g) An inspection report, carried out by the military agency in charge of the control of the jurisdiction, on the location and the conditions of the premises, storage, exhibition and sale…
i) Proof of payment for the administrative expenses; and…

The license will be renewed annually…
