Está prohibido a las personas naturales, aún cuando tuviesen autorización para tener y portar armas de fuego, municiones y explosivos, asistir armados a manifestaciones, reuniones, asambleas, juntas y más actos públicos de cualquier orden.

Article 23. Prohibition on Carrying Firearms

Carrying firearms while participating in public demonstrations, meetings, assemblies, councils and any other sort of public acts is prohibited, even when an individual has been granted an authorisation to possess and carry firearms.
