Artículo 18. Confiscación y Decomisación de Armas

Toda arma de fuego, munición, explosivo y accesorio o materia prima cuya importación, introducción al País o tenencia no estuviese facultada por esta Ley, será confiscada o decomisada y remitida al IV Departamento del Estado Mayor del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas.

Article 18. Confiscation and Seizure of Firearms

All firearms, ammunition, explosives and accessories or raw material whose importation, introduction into the country or ownership has not been approved by this Act, shall be confiscated or seized and given to the IV Department of the Joint Command's Staff of the Armed Forces.
