Artículo 41. Las instalaciones destinadas a la fabricación, armaduría, almacenamiento, deposito de cualquiera de los elementos contemplados en esta Ley, así como los polígonos, estarán sometidos a los controles de seguridad de las Secretarías de Estados en los Despachos de Defensa Nacional y de Seguridad y las Municipalidades en sus respectivos Ámbitos.

Facilities Related to the Firearms Act

Article 41. Facilities intended for the manufacture, assembly and storage of any of the items referred to in this Act, including firing ranges, are subject to security checks by the Offices of the Secretariats of National Defence [defence forces] and Security [National Police], as well as municipalities in their respective areas.
