Act on the Disarmament and Control of Arms and Ammunition

Article 97. Disabling

Once the forensic evidence has been collected, or immediately after collection, depending on the circumstances, the collected firearms will be disabled immediately, in accordance with the proceedings determined by the body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces in charge of arms control.
