Artículo 107. Requisitos de Donación o Transmisión para la Persona Natural

La persona natural solicitara al órgano competente de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana para el control de armas y municiones previa exposición motivos la autorización para otorgar en calidad de donación el arma de fuego cumpliendo con los requisitos que se especifican:

1. Comunicación dirigida al órgano competente de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana para el control de armas y municiones, donde se exponen los motivos de la solicitud para donar el arma de fuego.
2. Planilla de solicitud de donación de arma de fuego, la cual se encuentra en los formatos del órgano competente de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana para el control de armas y municiones.
3. Certificado del Registro Balístico.
4. Anexar Documento de Donación, donde señale identificación del donante y donatario del arma de fuego, datos de la factura, datos del permiso de porte de arma de fuego vigente, o registro del armamento según el caso, el valor estimado de la donación y la aceptación del donatario…
6. Copia fotostática del Permiso de Porte de Arma de fuego vigente o del carnet del registro del armamento…
8. Anexar copia fotostática de la factura u otro documento que acredite la propiedad del arma, según el caso sea el caso de no poseerlo declaración jurada debidamente notariada.
9. Si el valor del bien (arma de fuego) a donar excede de Veinticinco Unidades Tributarias (25 UT), deberá dirigirse al Servido Nacional Integrado de Administración Aduanera y Tributaria SENIAT…

Article 107. Requirements for Donation and Transfer by Individuals
