Articulo 53. Permiso de Porte de Arma de Fuego para Fines Deportivos

El Permiso de Porte de Arma de Fuego para fines Deportivos es el permiso que autoriza el órgano competente de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana para el control de armas, para que su titular puede portar, trasladar, manipular y usar el arma autorizada con sus municiones, exclusivamente para las actividades deportivas, el cual tiene una vigencia de dos años contados a partir de la fecha de su notificación.

Decree No. 881, promulgating Regulations for the Law on Disarmament and Control of Firearms and Ammunition

Article 53. Permit to Carry Firearms for Sporting Purposes

The permit to carry firearms for sporting purposes is the permit which authorises the competent body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, so that its bearer may carry, transfer, handle and use the authorised firearm with its ammunition, exclusively for sporting purposes. The license has a validity of two years, starting from the date of issuance.
