Artículo 45. Permiso de Porte de Armas de Fuego para Cacería

El Permiso de Porte de Armas de Fuego para Cacería tendrá una vigencia de dos (2) años a partir de la fecha de su otorgamiento y habilita a su titular para practicar la caza, los cazadores ingresaran al registro nacional de cazadores a cargo el órgano competente de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana para el control de armas y municiones.

Decree No. 881, promulgating Regulations for the Law on Disarmament and Control of Firearms and Ammunition

Article 45. Licence to Carry Firearms for Hunting

The licence to carry firearms for hunting will have a validity of two (2) years starting from the date of issuance and allows its bearer to hunt, hunters shall be added to the national register of hunters, for which the competent body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces shall be responsible.
