Artículo 15. Transporte Autorizado para el Traslado

Todas las empresas transportistas, a las cuales se autorice para el Traslado de las mercancías (Armas, Municiones, Accesorios y Equipos de Orden Público), deberán encontrarse registradas y actualizadas ante el órgano competente de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana para el control de armas y municiones.

Decree No. 881, promulgating Regulations for the Law on Disarmament and Control of Firearms and Ammunition

Article 15. Transportation Authorised for Transfer

All transport companies that shall be authorised for the Transfer of goods (firearms, ammunition, accessories and hardware for public order) will have to be registered, and this registration should be up-to-date, before the competent body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces for the control of arms and ammunition.
