Repair and Transfer of Firearms and Ammunition

13. (1) A person shall not undertake the repair, test or proof of a firearm or ammunition for any other person except under and in accordance with the terms of a Gunsmith's Licence. 1

(2) A person shall not sell or transfer a firearm or ammunition to, or repair, test or prove a firearm or ammunition for, any person whom he or she knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, to be a restricted person, 1 or to be drunk or of unsound mind or, at the time, otherwise unfit to be entrusted with such a firearm or ammunition.

(3) Every person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence.
