Art. 24
(1) Subject to the provisions of this section, a person who has not attained the age of 18 years shall not purchase, acquire or have in his possession any arms or ammunition and no person shall let on hire or give any arms or ammunition to a person whom he knows or has reason for believing to be under the age of 18 years.

(2) A person who has attained the age of 15 years may have in his possession arms or ammunition if he is an exempted person in accordance with the provisions of section 10 or where he is under the immediate supervision of an adult who is authorized under this Act to possess arms or ammunition…
