Act No. 11 of 2010, Firearms (Amendment) Act

An Act to amend the Firearms Act 1995 to provide for the establishment of a firearms licensing board and to provide for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the House of Assembly of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Firearms (Amendment) Act 2010.
