Modifié par Arrêté du 20 juin 2011 - art. 1

La durée maximale de validité des accords préalables, permis et agréments de transfert est fixée comme suit:

- accord préalable de transfert: un an maximum pour les particuliers mentionnés au 2. des paragraphes 1 et 2 de l'article 281 et deux ans pour les professionnels mentionnés au 1. des paragraphes 1 et 2 du même article;

- permis de transfert: six mois;

- agrément de transfert: trois ans;

- accord préalable de transfert revêtant une forme globale: un an à compter de la date de délivrance, renouvelable par tacite reconduction.

A la demande de l'un des ministres intéressés, la validité de ces décisions peut être réduite à trois mois pour les accords préalables et les permis de transfert et à un an pour les agréments de transfert.

La mention de cette durée est portée sur ces accords préalables, permis et agréments.

Article 29:

Modified by the Order of June 20, 2011 - Art. 1

The maximum validity periods for transfer prior authorisations, licences and authorisations are set as follows:

- transfer prior authorisation: maximum one year for individuals mentioned in 2. of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 28,1 and two years for professionals mentioned in 1. of paragraphs 1 and 2 of the same Article;

- transfer licence: six months;

- transfer authorisation: three years;

- global transfer prior authorisation: one year from the issuance date, renewable by tacit agreement.

Upon request by one of the concerned ministers, the validity of these decisions may be reduced to three months for transfer prior authorisations and licences, and to one year for transfer authorisations.

The validity period is included in prior authorisations, licences and transfer authorisations.
