Article 7:

L'exportation des matériels visés à l'article L. 2335-31 du code de la défense est subordonnée à l'obtention d'une autorisation d'exportation, sauf dans les cas énumérés au chapitre II du présent titre.

Lorsque cette autorisation revêt une forme globale, elle couvre, pendant sa durée de validité, l'exportation des matériels identifiés, sans limite de quantité ni de montant, vers des destinataires désignés.

Section 2: Export Authorisations

Article 7:

Modified by the Order of August 24, 2009 - Art. 1

Export of materials, referred to in Article L. 2335-31 of the Defence Code, is subordinated to obtaining an export authorisation, except in cases listed in Chapter II of this Title.

When it is a global authorisation it covers, during its validity period, the export of identified materials, without quantity or sum limits, to designated recipients.
