L'agrément préalable est donné par le Premier ministre après avis de la commission interministérielle pour l'étude des exportations de matériels de guerre. Dans les cas où le Premier ministre le décide, l'agrément peut être délivré au vu des avis écrits des ministres qui composent la commission interministérielle pour l'étude des exportations de matériels de guerre. L'agrément préalable est notifié par le ministre de la défense.

Modified by the Order 2004-07-29 Art. 1 III JORF August 3, 2004

Prior approval is granted by the Prime Minister, after recommendation from the Inter-ministerial Commission for the Study of Exports of Weapons of War. In cases where the Prime Minister decides it, the approval may be issued in view of the written opinion of the Ministers of the Inter-ministerial Commission for the Study of Exports of Weapons of War. The prior approval is notified by the Minister of Defence.
