Article 2:

Sont remis aux centres de déminage de la direction de la défense et de la sécurité civiles les munitions et éléments de munitions de la catégorie A1 d'un calibre égal ou supérieur à 20 millimètres, les explosifs d'origine civile ou militaire, les agents propulsifs, les artifices et les objets explosifs artisanaux.

Cette remise ne donne pas lieu à contrepartie financière.

Le ministre de l'intérieur a la libre disposition de ces produits explosifs.

Les dispositions du présent article ne s'appliquent pas aux matériels de guerre énumérés ci-dessus détenus par les armées et dont elles n'ont plus l'emploi.

Order of July 31, 2001, on the Destination of Weapons of War, Firearms, Components of Firearms, Ammunition, Components of Ammunition, and Other Explosive Products Belonging to the State

Article 2:

Ammunition and components of ammunition of category A,1 of a calibre equal or superior to 20 millimetres, civilian or military explosives, propellants, fireworks, and hand-made explosive objects are handed over to the mine clearance centres of the Defence and Civil Security Directorate.

This does not give rise to financial compensation.

The Minister of Interior has free disposal of these explosive materials.

Provisions of this Article are not applicable to materials of war listed above that are held by the army and that they no longer use.
