Article L2332-1-1:

Nul ne peut exercer à titre individuel l'activité qui consiste, à titre principal ou accessoire, en la fabrication, le commerce, l'échange, la location, la réparation ou la transformation d'armes, d'éléments d'armes et de munitions, ni diriger ou gérer une personne morale exerçant cette activité s'il n'est titulaire d'un agrément relatif à son honorabilité et à ses compétences professionnelles, délivré par l'autorité administrative.

Un décret en Conseil d'Etat fixe les modalités d'application du présent article.

Section 1: Principles

Article L. 2332-1-1:

No one may exercise as an individual an activity, principal or subsidiary, that consists in manufacturing, trading, exchanging, renting, repairing, or transforming firearms, components of firearms, and ammunition, nor to be in charge of or managing a legal entity conducting this activity, if he/she is not the holder of an approval of his/her integrity and his/her professional competencies, issued by the administrative authority.

A Decree in State Council sets the implementing conditions of this Article.
