Article L. 2332-10:

Les titulaires des autorisations mentionnées au I de l'article L. 2332-11 donnent communication au service compétent, dans un délai de huit jours à dater de leur acceptation, des commandes de matériels des quatre premières catégories,2 non destinées à l'exportation, autres que celles qui émanent de l'Etat et ne peuvent les exécuter que sur autorisation expresse.

Les prescriptions relatives à l'importation et à l'exportation, y compris celles qui concernent l'acceptation des commandes en vue de l'exportation, font l'objet des articles L. 2335-13 à L. 2335-3.4

Article L. 2332-10:

The holders of the authorisations referred to in Article L. 2332-1,1 I, must notify the competent service within eight days of the acceptance of orders for materials of the first four categories,2 not intended for export, other than the ones ordered by the State, and may only execute them with express authorisation.

Provisions on import and export, including those concerning the acceptance of orders intended for export, are subject to Articles L. 2335-13 to L. 2335-3.4
