4. Les membres du personnel des entreprises visées au II de l'article 261 ci-dessus, agréées par le préfet, peuvent lorsque leur mission le justifie, être autorisés à porter les armes et munitions dont ils sont pourvus à l'extérieur des bâtiments et locaux desdites entreprises.

Les autorisations sont délivrées par le préfet du département de situation des lieux à surveiller. Elles sont révocables à tout moment par le préfet qui les a délivrées.

4. Staff members of the companies referred to in II of Article 261 above, approved by the Prefect, may be authorised, when their work justifies it, to carry firearms and ammunition which were provided for them, outside of the buildings and premises of the said companies.

The authorisations are issued by the Prefect of the district of the location of the places to watch. They may be revoked at any time by the Prefect who issued them.
