Article 18:

Toute personne ayant été traitée dans un hôpital psychiatrique ne pourra acquérir ou détenir une arme ou des munitions si elle n'est pas en mesure de produire un certificat délivré par un médecin psychiatre dans les conditions et suivant les formes qui seront déterminées par un décret d'application.

Les armes ou munitions détenues par toute personne visée à l'alinéa précédent qui n'aura pas satisfait à la condition prévue au dit alinéa seront saisies par l'autorité administrative dans les conditions qui sont fixées par le même décret d'application.

Article 18:

Anyone, who has been treated in a psychiatric hospital, may not acquire or possess a firearm or ammunition if he/she is unable to produce a certificate from a psychiatrist under the conditions and forms to be set by an implementation decree.

Firearms or ammunition held by any individual mentioned in the above paragraph, who will not have satisfied the condition provided for in that paragraph, will be seized by the administrative authority, under the conditions set by the same implementation decree.
