5. Stockpile management and security
i) What national standards and procedures exist for the management and security of SALW stocks held by armed forces, police or other authorized bodies? (II.17)
Additionally, the stockpiling of arms by merchants, private security companies, sport associations and individuals is regulated by Decree of 6 May 1995. It particularly provides for the stockpiling of arms in safes and vaults, or even, in certain circumstances, in rooms or storerooms with a reinforced door.
