Intermediarios

Intermediaries [arms brokers and dealers]

Intermediaries could be included in the category of commercial users. Although this could be done merely by means of a ministerial decision taken by RENAR, the provision regarding this group of persons was instead included in draft legislation currently being considered in order to ensure a higher legal status for this provision in the domestic legal system and for the benefit of agreements that may be adopted at the international level on this issue.
