4) Las Normas y los procedimientos administrativos existentes o nuevos que se
hayan introducido para asegurar la aplicación efectiva del instrumento Internacional de Localización.
- Se lleva registro especializado de las armas de fuego involucradas en delitos o robadas, las que se localizan a través de un sistema operativo de circulado.

The Effective Implementation of the International Tracing Instrument
4) New or existing rules and administrative procedures have been made to ensure the effective implementation of the International Tracing Instrument.
- The firearms that have been stolen or involved in crimes are specially registered, and can be located through a circulated operating system.
- Through INTERPOL, consultations are done on the tracing of people and firearms.
- The location and tracing of firearms is a permanent task of the police.
