- Podrá ser realizada por aquellas personas físicas o jurídicas que sean debidamente autorizadas por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, previo asesoramiento del Servicio de Material Y Armamento.

Procedimientos administrativos.

Area: Producción

- Al presente no existen emprendimientos autorizados de fabricación y/o ensamblado de armas de fuego y municiones, sin perjuicio de existir normativa que regula dicha posibilidad. Así, en caso de que se proceda en ese sentido, el fabricante que se, autorizara a producir deberá detallar el tipo, cantidad de armamento a ensamblar o fabricar, tiempo de duración, deberá acreditar la autorización del Gobierno respectivo cuando corresponda. El Servicio de Material y Armamento determinará las existencias que podrán permanecer en las instalaciones de las fábricas autorizadas.

- El Servicio de Material y Armamento designará un inspector, el cual efectuará el control de la cantidad de armamento ensamblado o fabricado, piezas importadas, condiciones de seguridad, procedimiento de operaciones, control de producción.

- Deberán remitir al Servicio de Material y Armamento los movímientos de fabricación y ensamblado, así como cualquier información que colabore con el control técnico y de comercialización.

- Covers individuals or legal persons who are authorized by the Ministry of National Defense, upon the advice of the National Army Material and Arms Department.

Administrative Procedures.

Area: Manufacturing

- Without detriment to the existing regulations that can govern such a possibility, at present there are no authorized enterprises for the manufacturing and/or assembly of firearms and ammunition. So, if we proceed in this regard, the manufacturer who is authorized to produce should detail the weapon type, quantity of weapons to assemble or manufacture and its duration, and must prove authorization by the respective government where appropriate.

- The National Army Material and Arms Department determines the stocks that can remain on the premises of the authorised manufacturers. The National Army Material and Arms Department appoints an inspector, who shall inspect the quantity of weapons assembled or manufactured, imported parts, safety conditions, operation procedures and the control of production.

- [Manufacturers] must report to the National Army Material and Arms Department the movements of manufacturing and assembly, as well as information to assist technical and marketing control.
