Les normes et procédures prévues pour la sécurisation des stocks des armes légères et de petit calibre détenues par l'armée, la police et tout autre organe en droit de détenir des armes légères et de petit calibre sont détaillées ci-dessous:

Forces armées:
- Les normes en vigueur au sein des Forces armées sont au standard le plus drastique qui soit; elles sont prescrites par I' article 134 du décret exécutif no 98-96 du 18 mars 1998 et définies par voie d'arrêté.

Police, Douanes, Garde Forestière, Garde Communale, Administration Pénitentiaire:
- Les administrations chargées d'un service de police sont, soumises aux normes prescrites par l'article 134 du décret exécutif n° 98-96 et définies par voie d'arrêté.

Sociétés de gardiennage et de transport de fonds et de produits sensibles, Services de Sureté Interne d'établissement (SIE), Sociétés exerçant les activités de commercialisation des armes, Sociétés sportives de Tir, Musées, Exploitants de tirs forains:

A-6. Managing and Safeguarding Stockpiles:

The norms and procedures provided for the safeguarding of small arms and light weapons owned by the army, the police and any other state organ with a right to possess small arms and light weapons are detailed below:

Armed Forces:
- The standards in the Armed Forces are the most drastic; they are prescribed by Article 134 of Executive Decree No. 98-96 of March 18, 1998 and defined by bylaw.

Police, Customs, Forest Guard, Communal Guard, Prison Administration:
- The authorities responsible for police service are subject to standards prescribed by Article 134 of Executive Decree No. 98-96 and defined by bylaw.

Security companies and armed cash escorts, internal security services of establishments, companies engaged in the activities of selling weapons, sport shooting companies, museums, shooting fairground operators:
- Concerning safe storage of weapons and ammunition in their possession these companies and services are governed by Executive Decree 98-96, Chapter VII (safe storage of weapons and ammunition), articles 109 to 116.
