15. Les conditions d'expédition et de transport des armes, éléments d'armes et munitions appartenant aux services militaires ou aux services civils de l'Etat ou placées sous leur contrôle, font l'objet de dispositions particulières dont, l'expédition séparée des armes et leurs éléments qui s'effectue à des intervalles de temps séparés d'au moins 24 heures avec mesures renforcées pour certains transports d'armes convoyées pour voie ferroviaire, routière, maritime ou aérienne.

C. Arms transfers

15. The conditions of shipping and transportation of weapons, weapon components and ammunition belonging to the military or civil services of the State or under their control, are subject to special provisions including the separate shipment of weapons and their components taking place at time intervals separated by at least 24 hours, with enhanced measures for certain types of weapons transported by rail, road, sea or air.
