§ 62.3. Procedure for Transportation of Firearms and Ammunition from Estonia to Another Member State of European Union

(1) A natural person may transport a firearm or ammunition acquired in Estonia or registered in the person's name for the person's own purpose from Estonia into another Member State of the European Union if he or she holds a permit specified in subsection 622 (1) 2) of this Act, which is issued to the applicant by the Police Board on the basis of his or her application and a prior permit specified in clause 1) of the same subsection, which is issued by the competent authority of the country of destination. The permit is used as a delivery note until the weapon arrives in the country of destination.
