La détention, l'importation, la vente, le transport et l'entreposage des armes de chasse, perfectionnées, à canon lisse ou rayé, ainsi que de leurs munitions telles que balles, cartouches et poudres, sont interdits sur toute l'étendue du territoire national, sauf dans les cas et conditions déterminés par la présente loi.

Article One:

The possession, import, transfer, transport and storage of hunting firearms, sophisticated, smoothbore or rifled, as well as their ammunition, including bullets, cartridges and powders, are prohibited on the entire national territory, except in cases and under the conditions provided for in this Act.
