Las armas, instrumentos y objetos del delito, que hubieren caído en comiso, si fueren de lícito comercio serán rematados o vendidos, según la reglamentación respectiva. Si fueren de ilícito comercio, se procederá a enviar las armas al Ministerio de la Defensa, a incinerar los objetos cuya naturaleza lo permita y a destruir los restantes; en todos los casos se dejará constancia del destino de los objetos.
