14. Licence to Export

(1) No person shall export any arms or ammunition from Tuvalu to a place without Tuvalu unless he holds a licence in that behalf.

(2) Such licence may be obtained on application to the Chief of Police on payment of the prescribed fee and shall be in the prescribed form.
