Nul ne peut vendre, exposer en vente, ni avoir dans ses magasins, boutiques ou ateliers, aucune arme ou partie d'arme sujette à l'épreuve, qui n'ait été éprouvée et marquée des poinçons que comporte son degré d'achèvement, conformément aux arrêtés royaux pris en exécution de l'article 9, 5° de la présente loi.

Article 10

No person shall sell, display for sale nor have in its stores, shops or workshops, any weapon or part of a weapon subject to testing, which has not been tried and tested and marked by stamps which include its degree of completion, in accordance with royal bylaws adopted for the implementation of Article 9.5 of this Law.
