Le stockage d'armes à feu ou de munitions soumises à autorisation ne peut avoir lieu que si, pour la quantité concernée, il existe un des motifs légitimes suivants:

1) la détention légitime de plusieurs armes à feu et d'une quantité nécessaire de munitions pour ces armes par leurs propriétaires cohabitant à la même adresse qui stockent leurs armes à cet endroit;

2) les activités légitimes de personnes agréées.

Article 16

The storage of firearms or ammunition for which an authorisation is required can only take place if, for the quantity concerned, there is one of the following legitimate reasons:

1) the lawful possession of several firearms and a necessary quantity of ammunition for these weapons by their owners living together at the same address who store their weapons at that location;

2) the legitimate activities of approved persons.
