Nul ne peut vendre ou céder une arme à feu soumise à autorisation qu'aux personnes agréées conformément aux articles 5 et 6 et aux personnes munies d'une autorisation visée à l'article 11.

Toute perte ou vol d'une arme soumise à autorisation doit être signalée sans délai à la police locale par le titulaire du titre de détention.

One may sell or transfer a firearm requiring authorisation only to licensed persons in accordance with articles 5 and 6 and to persons holding an authorisation under article 11.

Any loss or theft of a weapon requiring an authorisation must be reported immediately to the local police by the owner.
