Most of the TDS' [Tonga Defence Serice] weapons are stored 'in a single armoury near the airport with one door secured with just one padlock. The armoury contains no cage, and weapons are not chained down or otherwise secured inside the armoury. Ammunition was stored separately, although again, not in secure conditions.'
