Article 50: Storage of Arms Which Are Not Meant To Be Used in Rwanda

Arms, ammunition and other related materials which are not meant to be used in Rwanda shall be properly packaged and stored in the arsenal. The Customs office shall affix seals on that package to prevent it from being opened and record them on the transit license. Such a stock shall be subject to the payment of storage fees for the entire storage period.
